Always very quick to answer any of my questions, at pretty much any time. If he couldn't answer my questions right away, he would let me know that he would get back to me as soon as possible to answer me. I really appreciated that.
There were a few things that I wish he had told me more proactively, as opposed to me hearing information from other people/additional research and then asking him. As a first time home buyer, I do not necessarily know all the right questions to ask.

This was my first experience with a SALE of a house, and it was a good experience, however there is one point that I was disappointed with and would like to mention, there should be some flexibility in the percentage of commission when the same sales associate represents both the seller and the buyer, when the commission does not have to be shared with another sales associate / real estate company. Michelangelo Vaccaro was respectful at all times, demonstrating Politeness, Perseverence, and plenty of Patience.
