If he couldn't answer my questions right away, he would let me know that he would get back to me as soon as possible to answer me. I really appreciated that. There were a few things that I wish he had told me more proactively, as opposed to me hearing information from other people/additional research and then asking him. As a first time home buyer, I do not necessarily know all the right questions to ask. Overall, I was very satisfied with his services.
